Request for Ballot Measure Arguments
The City of Page is accepting written arguments in favor of or in opposition to ballot measure that will appear on the upcoming election ballot. See Resolution 1341-26. Arguments submitted in compliance with applicable requirements may be included in voter information materials, as permitted by law.
Submission Requirements
- Arguments may be submitted either in support of or in opposition to a ballot measure.
- Each argument must not exceed 300 words.
- Each argument must include the required sponsor information and sworn statement/signature, as applicable.
- If the argument is submitted on behalf of an organization, the required officer signatures must be provided.
- Arguments should be reviewed carefully before submission; submitted text may be published as provided.
Deadline and Filing Information
Arguments must be received by August 5, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. MST. Late, incomplete, or noncompliant submissions may not be accepted.
