PERA
The PERA Facility is a welcoming and versatile space designed to bring our community together. Whether you’re planning a meeting, celebration, class, or special event, PERA offers a comfortable and functional setting for gatherings of all kinds.
The facility includes flexible room setups with tables and chairs available to accommodate a variety of needs—from small meetings to larger group events. With its convenient location and community-focused atmosphere, PERA is an ideal place to host birthdays, workshops, trainings, and more.
Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and accessible space where residents can connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories. City staff are here to assist you throughout the reservation process and help ensure your event runs smoothly.
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be made up to six months in advance, based on availability.

City of Page PERA Building
The PERA building is a single-story facility featuring southwestern-style sandstone block walls, a green metal roof, and a covered entrance with exposed wood beam accents. The grounds include landscaped areas with native red rock features and desert-friendly greenery.
Tower Butte Room
A mid-sized room located in the center-south portion of the building. It holds up to 200 standing, 105 with chairs, or 98 with tables and chairs.
Sunset Room
The largest rentable space, situated on the east side of the building. It features a bar area and a pool table. It can hold up to 500 standing guests, 350 with chairs, or 234 with tables and chairs.
Lone Rock Room
A smaller room on the southeast side of the facility. It fits up to 81 standing, 58 with chairs, or 27 with tables and chairs.
Lake Powell Room
A large event space on the west side of the facility. It accommodates up to 225 standing guests, 150 with chairs only, or 98 with tables and chairs.
