City Clerk
The City Clerk’s Office helps residents, businesses, and visitors navigate city processes, access services, and find information. Explore the resources below for guidance.
Your connection to city government
Dedicated to transparency, statutory compliance, and the preservation of local history, the City Clerk’s Office supports the Mayor and City Council by publishing agendas and public meeting notices, recording official actions, and maintaining the City Code.
As a connection to local government, our department coordinates business registrations, short-term rental licensing, local liquor license processing, and public bid requests. We also manage the Consolidated Fee Schedule, municipal elections, board and commission applications, and oversee city records management and retention. Through this work, we facilitate public access to information.
We carry out these responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to serving our community.
