City of Page’s annual hot air balloon festival launches in Page & Lake Powell, bringing joy and excitement to the community.
Kicking off Thursday, October 30, 2025, the 22nd Annual Page, AZ Balloon Regatta will welcome visiting hot air balloon pilots attracting enthusiasts from across the country. The annual Page, AZ Balloon Regatta is designed to bring the City of Page community together for a weekend of fun and excitement. This year’s event will take place from Thursday, October 30 to Sunday, November 2, 2025.
The City of Page invites the public to a weekend filled with community spirit and the magic of hot air balloons. This landmark event is possible through the generous support of local businesses, hotels, and volunteers that continue the city’s vision of delighting and educating the greater Arizona community.
Highlights of Festivities:
The 2025 Balloon Regatta promises an event packed weekend with activities for balloon enthusiasts, including:
- Hot Air Balloon Morning Launches: Balloons will launch at 7:30 am daily from Lake Powell National Golf Course. Spectators are welcome to visit the golf course or any of Page’s public parks for the spectacular view.
- Hot Air Balloon Rides: Page, AZ Balloon Regatta sponsors can experience breathtaking views of Lake Powell from above as they float serenely in a hot air balloon. Sponsored rides will be available on the morning of Saturday, November 1, 2025, offering a once in a lifetime adventure. - Balloon Night Glow: On Saturday, November 1, don’t miss the magical evening as tethered balloons line on S. Lake Powell Blvd and light up the night in a spectacular display of color and glow. This open-air event is free and open to the public. In the event of inclement weather, pilots may offer a candlestick show instead (flames without inflated balloons).
- Downtown Street Fair: Hosted by the Page-Lake Powell Chamber of Commerce, the Balloon Regatta Street Fair will transform Elm Street into a lively celebration featuring food and craft vendors, family-friendly activities, a beer garden and live music.
Street Fair will take place:
Thursday, October 30: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Friday, October 31: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday, November 1: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
During the Street Fair, stop by the Chamber of Commerce vendor booth for official 2025 Page, AZ Balloon Regatta merchandise available for purchase.
Life’s a Ball Fundraiser: Presented by the Canyon Club of Page, this exciting fundraiser invites the community to enter for a chance to win a $5,000 grand prize. Visit the Canyon Club booth at the Street Fair to buy your chances. Come cheer on your lucky number as hundreds of balls race down 6th Ave.! This fundraiser takes place on Saturday, November 1 at 4:00 pm.
