Keizlyn Guanco was announced as the winner of the 2024 Balloon Regatta art contest by Page City Council on June 12, 2024. Guanco’s artwork will be featured on promotional materials and memorabilia for the Balloon Regatta scheduled for October 31 through November 3, 2024.
