The City of Page and Police Department would like to congratulate Officer Nate Carlson for receiving the Coconino County Victim Witness Services Heart of Gold award for 2024. Per Victim Witness, “This award is given each year to remarkable community members and those involved in the criminal justice system who have demonstrated extraordinary
compassion and dedication to working with victims of crime.”
Officer Carlson was nominated by Victim Advocate Penny Pennepacker. Police Chief Tim Lange said, “We are grateful to Officer Carlson for his service to our community and thank Penny Pennepacker for recognizing his compassion toward victims of crimes.”
