The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the City of Page for fiscal year 2022. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment.
When a government is awarded this prestigious certificate, an Award of Financial Reporting Achievement is also presented to the individual or department that is primarily responsible for earning the certificate. Finance Director Linda Watson has received this award from GFOA.
The City of Page has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial
Reporting for the last 23 years, 13 of which have been under the direction of Finance Director Linda Watson.
