City of Page Invites Community to America 250 Celebration: Road to 250 Traveling Museum

The City of Page is proud to invite residents and visitors to attend the America 250 Celebration Road to 250: Arizona Traveling Museum, a special community event commemorating the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.

The traveling museum will be open to the public on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Page Public Library parking lot, located at 479 S. Lake Powell Blvd, Page, AZ 86040. This event is free and open to the public.

“The Page Public Library is excited to have been selected to host the America 250 Museum Experience, an initiative celebrating the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States. This exciting opportunity will bring engaging, educational exhibits directly to the Page community. The America 250 Museum brings history to life at our library, offering our community a special opportunity to learn from and be inspired by our nation’s story. This event reflects the City of Page’s continued commitment to providing meaningful educational opportunities and creating spaces where residents of all ages can learn, grow, and connect,” shares  Debbie Winlock, City of Page Community Service Director.

This engaging exhibit offers a unique opportunity to explore America’s history and reflect on the nation’s journey toward its 250th anniversary. The day’s events will begin with a brief opening ceremony welcoming the community, followed by a ceremonial ringing of a replica Liberty Bell.

“The arrival of the Traveling Liberty Bell as we celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary is a powerful reminder that the freedoms we enjoy today were secured through the sacrifice and service of generations of veterans. As both Vice Mayor and a veteran, I’m deeply grateful to those who stood in defense of our country and made this moment possible. This celebration is not only about our history—it’s about honoring those who carried it forward for all of us,” said Vice-Mayor, Mike Farrow.

Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and take part in this educational experience as Page joins communities across the country in celebrating this historic milestone.
