City of Page Fall Festival Brings Halloween Fun to the Community on October 17
The City of Page and the Page Public Library invite the community to celebrate the fall season at the 2026 Fall Festival on Saturday, October 17, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at John C. Page Memorial Park.
This family-friendly community event will bring residents and visitors together for an evening filled with live music, games, Halloween-themed activities, and fun for all ages. Fall Festival activities include:
Spooky Hour Roller Rink
Get ready to roll! The Spooky Hour Roller Rink will be open from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the City Park basketball courts. Skate rentals are free with limited supplies available throughout the evening.
Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest
Bring your four-legged friends dressed in their best Halloween costumes. Entry is $10, with all proceeds benefiting the Page Animal Adoption Agency.
The contest will begin at 6:30 pm at the Spooky Hour Roller Rink. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners.
Halloween Costume Contest
Show off your best Halloween look in the all-ages Halloween Costume Contest! There is no entry fee, and the top three winners will receive money prizes.
The contest will begin at 7:00 pm at the Spooky Hour Roller Rink.
Community Pumpkin Carving Contest
Get creative with the Page Public Library’s Community Pumpkin Carving Contest! Community members are invited to bring their best-decorated pumpkins for a chance to win a prize. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite pumpkins during the event.
The contest will begin at 8:00 pm near the park flagpole.
“The City of Page Community Services Department is proud to bring our community together to gather, connect, and celebrate the fall season,” said Debbie Winlock, Community Services Director.
Live Music
Enjoy an evening of live entertainment featuring local trio Chopt Liver & Spam and regional favorite Broken Arrow. Grab a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of music with the community. The evening will also feature a beer garden operated by Grand Canyon Brewing + Distilling, with proceeds supporting the important work of the Canyon Club of Page.
Admission to the Fall Festival is free and community members of all ages are invited to attend.
