City of Page Closes Splash Pad for Winter Season
PAGE, Ariz. — The City of Page Splash Pad at Sports Complex Annex Park closed for the season Tuesday, Oct. 13, so Parks & Trails crews could winterize the facility ahead of colder weather.
With overnight temperatures dropping, the Parks & Trails Department is winterizing now to protect the water lines and equipment from freeze damage and keep the site safe.
The Splash Pad is located at 477 Haul Road. The surrounding Annex Park and Sports Complex remain open.
“Our families got a full first season out of the splash pad, and we want it in good shape when it comes back,” said Debbie Winlock, City of Page Community Services Director. “Winterizing now is the best way to protect that investment.”
The Splash Pad opened April 4, 2026, as a new family amenity at the Sports Complex and Annex Park. It is expected to reopen in spring 2027. The City will announce reopening dates and seasonal hours when they are set.
