Where can I find the City of Page procurement rules and regulations?
The Personnel Policies have been updated to include the Purchasing Policy.
You can find it on the City website under the Human Resources Department section, near the bottom, under Personnel Policies.

According to the manufacturer, the trolleys are in production and should be complete and delivered in August.

What’s the latest update on the splash pad?
The contractor is finalizing the construction drawings and according to their schedule, should start construction activities in early August.

Is it possible to get a permit for non commercial night photography at Horseshoe Bend and if so what is the right point of contact to request it?
You can get a permit from NPS at the building off HWY 89.
You also need to reach out to Deb Ketchersid (928) 640-0164 for permit access to HSB.

How much is a vendors permit? How do I go about getting one? And where do I go to get one?
There are different types of vendors. If a vendor wants to set up at one of the events put on by the city it is on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee. Contact the events department 928-645-4201.
Please note that all food and beverage vendors must have the appropriate permits issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services. These permit are not issued by the City of Page, but you can find detailed food handling and permit information on their official website here: azdhs.gov
A vendor who wants to be set up year round would require a temporary use permit with a fee of $50.00 annually. Go to the city’s website at cityofpage.org/departments/planning-zoning/ to fill out an application or come to city hall to get a check list and fill out an application. 928-645-4263.
The outdoor market on Elm St. does not require any application. It is the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Set up is at 7:00 a.m.

Will the city ever consider having a public indoor/outdoor pool? The lake is too low for some elderly/children to walk to.
The city has been working on both a splash-pad and a swimming pool for a couple of years. Currently the splash-pad is out for design and the swimming pool is in the early planning stages. The City Council did budget for a swimming pool in this year’s budget though.
