The Page Community Center has a new monthly rewards program in effort to encourage good mental and physical health. Participants will be entered in a drawing after completing the requirements. A winner will be announced on the first business day of the month and awarded a prize.
How to enter:
Participants must complete a combination of three different activities hosted at the Page Community Center.
