Candidate Packets for City Council and Mayor Are Now Available

The City of Page, Arizona will hold a Primary Election on August 6, 2024, for the purpose of electing a Mayor (two-year term) and three Council Members (four-year term) to serve on the Page City Council. Candidate packets are available at the City Clerk’s Office in Page City Hall at 697 Vista Ave, Page, Arizona.

Important dates to know:

  • The earliest date to file nomination petitions is March 11, 2024.
  • The last date to file nomination petitions is April 8, 2024, by 5pm.
  • The Primary Election will take place August 6, 2024.
  • The General Election will take place November 5, 2024.

 

A candidate receiving a majority of all votes cast at the Primary Election will be declared elected without running at the General Election. If no candidate for an office receives a majority of the votes cast for that office at the Primary Election, a runoff election is held at the General Election. The Mayor and Council members shall assume their new office within 20 days of the General Election, even if all offices are filled at the Primary Election.
